I need to finally get off my ass. I have been trying to get my stuff together. One of the things I've been trying to get together is Mark. I want a relationship with him; he wants a relationship with me; being intimate with each other, building trust, that's difficult, but we promised each other we'd try.

And I promise that I'm going to spend an hour each day taking care of myself, meditating, or exercising or going for a walk. Starting in the morning.
