1. Did you vote in your last elections? No.
2. Do you know who your elected representatives are? Most of them. We had some big changes in Georgia. We just underwent a major redistricting, so I'm not sure about my representatives. Also, there's the fact that I just moved to a different county, so I haven't caught up here yet. And one of our senators just got ousted, and our governor lost his re-election bid. I know more about who's not in office than who is, at the moment.
3. Have you ever contacted an elected representative? If so, what was it about? Heck yeah. I was a reporter, and I have talked to Bob Barr (Representative) about some of my personal concerns in between official things. I even wrote him a not about gay rights when he proposed the Defense of Marriage Act. I also wrote to the President as a kid. As a reporter, I've enjoyed meeting my senators and many other local reps, as well as candidates.
