Waiting games

I am a little weirder out, a little embarrassed, a little melancholy, a little impatient. The ones I love are hard to reach lately.... just a few days.... I don't like not knowing when they're going to be away from me, and it seems like there are cycles where they are all here at once or all gone.

I have a much more definite schedule these days, though. I know when the haunted house opens, and we are talking about holiday plans, me and Tug

I'm thinking hazelnut sorbet. I had the most interesting day the other day, where I watched myself using food to stifle feelings I didn't like. But Hazelnut sorbet does not require a crisis.
