I am now recording what I've been up to for a while.
For my birthday I decided to start taking better care of myself. So, it's been a week. And I wanted to tell you that last week, I quit smoking. I've been cigarette free for over 7 days now. (I had one cigarette on the 31st and one cigarette on the 1st.)
I went to the Planned Parenthood clinic (because it was affordable) and got a PAP smear. (The filtered list will hear more about that.)
And this week I decided to reduce my calorie intake to <1500/day and not to eat past 7 p.m. So, it's only Tuesday, and that's harder than I thought.
I haven't wanted to talk about my plans because I'm afraid I won't do it then.
