Private things

I have been posting a lot that is private this week. I have private thoughts, suddenly. Nothing I want to put in front of anyone to think about except me.
It means something different that I want to think about them alone.

Just given up

I can't get my sleep cycle on, and I lie there and twitch and think, vitamins, dammit, so I get up and make tea and take vitamins.

And there's a certain hypochondria to it all, like, all the nights I was up late as a kid, I didnt' think it was a sign of chronic ill health.
