Documenting another noise complaint. Again with the use of automobiles as block-party style stereos.  I do not want to be in a block party. I did not move here for loud.  I moved here for quiet.

Ok, quiet again.  I can't believe how this noise thing fucks with my concentration.  what is up with that?
