This is quite interesting--because it's solid information, apparently written by a non-English speaker. I'm guessing, but I would like to know the origin.
As an "English major," I naturally cringe at poor use of language. And I admit to a bias against it. The "You Know What I Mean" school of thought and I can barely stay civil through an entire evening.
But we were talking about hypotension earlier, and it provoked me to google "rehydrate yourself." This came up, and I'd recommend this to almost any one under any circumstance for hydration--Not ONLY for the reason mentioned. Basically, it's a crude Ringer's solution, made bland as possible (lukewarm) so as to cause the least disturbance to the stressed system. (Halley, if you faint, and the EMS comes to you, they'll put something like this in your arm.)
