Fasting

I decided to start Lent with a fast. A lemonade fast, or lemonade diet, which you can google if you want to, I'm not really going into it. Suffice to say, I'm on liquids for a few days.

After day 1 (yesterday) I slept a long time, had a hard time getting up this morning. But it's easier to drink the stuff this morning, now that I'm not expecting food as much, and WANT the calories.

I made as much lemonade as I could last night, and should have 4-5 days worth, depending on if I stick with the minimum or drink more.

Most of what I've seen about it, people use laxatives (natural tea types, not pharmaceutical) to purge, but with having to be in the car all day for work, I don't dare do it before Friday night at the earliest. It does mildly concern me, however, that without them, I'm essentially stopping production in my lower digestive tract.

I know, I promised more than this. It's on my Lent list. I need to tell you guys about my plans for Lent.
I really need to find a solution to this. My car is breaking again, and I know I don't have enough money to fix it. Options for the short-term include:

1. Bite the bullet and max out the credit card.
2. Bite the bullet and take out the savings account.
3. Keep going and hope it doesn't crap out.

But I need a long-term plan, and options are:

1. Trade the car in on another car.
2. Trade the car in on a two-wheeler.
3. Get a different job.
4. Quit this job and worry about another job tomorrow.
5. Some combination of the above.
