can anyone tell me how they value seized drugs? I heard on the radio this morning that cops seized 200 lbs of weed with estimated value of $1 million. geez, louise, that's $78/q. is that before or after markup? either way,

That value's way overblown. Of course, cops like big numbers to publicize. For average stuff, it's about 300,000 worth.
