If you miss a day, you miss a lot. I was more of an audience (than a participator) to an interesting day yesterday, so much so that I was surprised to discover I didn't post anything. Well, this may take some thinking about, anyway.
On the other hand, the ice cream maker, and the ice cream recipe, worked really wonderfully. We'll probably have to do it again in the near future.

Date: 2006-07-06 06:38 am (UTC)its a very distinct pain. i know where the lactose is in my system. literally by following the...for lack of a better word...contractions.
lactaid and the likes (i've tried othes, OTC and non, name brand and generic, all with the same results) - well, the pain is still there and usually just as bad as it would be without. when a new one comes about, i try it in hopes that it will work.
