I find myself procrastinating lately because I am anticipating punishment.
"Look, you," I say to myself. "Look at all the work you have to do! You need clothes for A&S! You have all these transcriptions to do! And weren't you going to do something about that library? And what is going on with the hard drive? And the website? Put down those puzzles! If you're in the bathtub, you should be SCRUBBING IT!"
But the schedules I come up with have no time for soaking, puzzling, journaling, emailing, surfing, shopping. So, now I'm trying to work out a schedule that includes time for recess.
After writing last night about having too much stuff to worry about, I had a whole dream where I kept misplacing things, or having them stolen. And it wasn't like the infinite junk I never get organized, it was things I really wanted, like a scooter or motorcycle of some sort, a hard drive or computer thing-y.... no matter, just am tired of persecuting myself in my sleep.
Wierd pillow talk: We decided last night that Maleficent and Cruella de Vil were about the nastiest of the Disney bad-guys.... and that the Bad GIRLS were nastier than the Bad Boys by a long shot. The only guy who comes as close is that guy from Alladin, and he was kind of queen-y.
