I can't do it anymore. It isn't fair. Why did I have to let him in again? Why couldn't I just forget him? Why did I have to listen to the pleadings? Why did I think that this time it would be different?

I thought it was just a matter of making up, of negotiating the repairs, but there are none. I can be tolerated. That's all I am.
