I broke my fast night before last with some chicken broth and tomato sauce. Weird combination, I know, but I really wanted salt and tomatoes.
Yesterday I ate yogurt, drank V8 juice and had refried beans with more tomato sauce when I got home. Today I'm going to start with soft scrambled eggs.
Now, I stopped fasting four days (and a few hours) before I originally intended because my stomach hurt, I was getting too hungry; also, my skin feels funny, which I'm so far attributing to lack of fat in my diet, since I know I'm hydrating a lot.
Anyway, I have enough energy now that I'm doing some stretching in the morning. I'm working on building a routine for that -- and I'm meditating a few minutes each morning, although so far I'm still getting sidetracked -- no nirvana for me yet.
