I talked to the property manager today, who looks like a poor man's Judith Light, and she said the front door, linoleum, cutting board, and smoke detector would be replaced, and the soiled walls repainted. Given that, I can swab up dirt and sweep up dying bugs. Given that. I'm still holding my breath to see how well they follow through.

Furniture: Desk, desk chair, antique sewing machine, jewelry wardrobe, bedroom chair, day bed, man-sized bookshelf, cedar chest, butcher block.
About 100-150 cu. ft. of books, clothes, art supplies, office supplies, in boxes. Desktop computer.
It should easily fit in the smallest truck. How many MPG do those little moving vans get? And how do I get the butcher block up and down the stairs? I'm seriously thinking about ropes and a net. I could use them again later.
